About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About the Position:

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Shift Manager to join the Race & Sports team.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Direct and oversee Race and Sportsbook operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Supervise and support Supervisors and Writers, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Monitor wagering activity, payouts, and cash handling to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls and gaming regulations.
  • Resolve escalated guest concerns or disputes with professionalism, discretion, and a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate operational updates, event highlights, and service expectations.
  • Ensure the Race and Sportsbook counter is fully staffed, organized, and stocked with wagering guides, odds sheets, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Guest Services, and Slot Operations to support promotions, tournaments, and special events.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global sporting events, racing schedules, and betting trends to anticipate guest needs.
  • Prepare shift reports, documenting key operational updates, guest feedback, and any irregularities.
  • Enforce Wynn Resorts’ service standards, AML protocols, and UAE gaming regulations.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field (preferred).
  • 4–6 years of experience in sportsbook, casino operations, or luxury hospitality, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or shift management role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
