As a Shift Manager, you will:

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of Operators, Team Leaders, and Engineers to achieve operational KPIs (SQDCP – Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People).
• Take full accountability for your shift’s performance, including manpower, materials, machines, and processes.
• Manage budgets for labour and materials, driving efficiencies without compromising quality.
• Ensure your team is fully trained, competent, and motivated, with clear succession plans in place.
• Champion Health & Safety and compliance with site QMS to ensure audit readiness at all times.
• Investigate and resolve any non-compliance issues quickly and effectively.

• Lead daily operational reviews, collaborating with other departments to meet production plans.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost OEE, yield, and engagement
