ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Shift Manager in our Technical Engineering department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse’s conveyor systems. Leading a dedicated team, you will oversee maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting activities to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. This position requires strong technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and maintain the high operational standards of our warehouse.
Job Description

ABOUT YOUR TASKS:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of 10 technicians, ensuring efficient task allocation and high team performance in maintaining conveyor and production systems.
• Operational Oversight: Monitor maintenance and repair activities to ensure timely completion, quality standards, and minimal system downtime.
• Troubleshooting Support: Oversee fault analysis and troubleshooting efforts, providing guidance to ensure effective resolution of technical issues.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all safety inspections and maintenance activities adhere to regulations and company standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, improve system reliability, and enhance team efficiency.
