OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations in our busy pub in Soho. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality. This role involves managing staff, adhering to licensing laws, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The Shift Manager will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that all team members are motivated and performing at their best.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is essential. Minimum 5 years experience
  • Strong hospitality experience with knowledge of managing and handling of cash and banking.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage positively with customers and staff alike.
  • A background in pub management or pub operations is mandatory.
  • Flexible working is a must (weekdays, evenings and weekends are required)
