EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food service industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
  • Experience in bartending is advantageous.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
