Job Summary

• Supervise and coordinate activities of team members during shifts.
• Manage the store in the absence of the manager and assistant manager.
• Ensure all Tim Hortons standards, policies, and procedures are adhered to.
• Provide excellent service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.
• Assist in the training of new team members.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle and resolve customer issues in a professional manner.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry is an advantage.
