JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Leads and motivates the team to deliver an energetic, fun, and positive environment for employees and guests.
  • Ensures all food and smoothie orders are prepared accurately and efficiently according to guest requests and company standards.
  • Provides hands-on training and coaching to team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Aims to deliver an exceptional wow experience to every guest who visits the juice bar.
  • Monitors and maintains food safety practices and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations.
  • Oversees station setup, cleanliness, and stocking to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
  • Manages cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and drawer balancing.
  • Assists in inventory management, organizing supplies, and receiving shipments.
  • Supports team scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage and smooth operations.
  • Resolves customer concerns promptly and professionally to uphold brand reputation.
  • Enforces all safety and security policies set by the brand.
  • Performs any additional tasks necessary to run the juice bar successfully.
  • Maintains a reliable and punctual attendance record.
