Shift Leader At a glance: As a Shift Leader based in Sydney, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, efficient, and high-performing operations within a highly automated distribution centre. You will drive excellence in health and safety, productivity, and equipment performance while acting as the key point of contact for technical and operational issues. This role plays a critical part in maintaining system reliability, maximising output, and consistently meeting service level expectations. Your Impact: Lead daily shift operations, ensuring high system performance and minimal downtime Monitor and resolve technical and operational issues in real time Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data insights and performance metrics Oversee CMMS reporting and ensure accurate maintenance tracking Set, monitor, and achieve KPIs across safety, productivity, and service delivery Ensure smooth shift handovers and conduct root cause analysis on system issues Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders Develop team capability through coaching, mentoring, and structured development plans Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence Support reliability and performance of automated material handling systems What makes you a great fit?
