Responsibilities
  • Manage the day to day running of the shift teams on the SLF plant., including staff holidays and sickness management etc
  • Provide adequate and appropriate training to ensure site operations have sufficient resources.
  • Participate in the site/facility QHS meetings, actively promoting environmental awareness and Health and safety standards
  • Work with the site management team to ensure day-to-day site operations are run in accordance with legislative and organisational requirements.
  • Provide daily tasks to, and supervise a team of operatives ensuring priorities in line with site requirements.
  • Provide cover for the Site Operations Manager role as and when required
