We’re on the hunt for a driven and hands-on General Manager to lead the team and run the show.

• Leading shifts and supervising staff during service
• Delivering excellent customer service and handling customer concerns
• Supporting team members to meet daily service and cleanliness standards
• Opening and closing the store (including cash handling and reporting)
• Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and brand standards are met
• Assisting with staff training and maintaining team morale
• Jumping in to assist with food prep, drink making, or service when needed
