Salary - £39,033.16 plus Veolia Benefits
Hours - 36.66 per week Fixed Shift Pattern, 14 fixed shifts plus 3 spares per 5 week rota

This is a state-of-the-art Energy Recovery Facility (ERF) just to the east of Birmingham City Centre, which takes 350,000 tonnes of Birmingham’s rubbish each year and converts it into electricity.

• Operating the refuse and ash cranes, ensuring good pit management.
• Forklift truck duties include unloading and loading of vehicles, moving items around the site, loading/unloading of 5 cubic metre bins onto the hoist system.
• Undertake training and development towards Plant Operator / Clinical Operator positions
  Our site is a 24/7 operation, there may be occasions where there is a requirement to work unsociable hours or provide short notice cover, so a degree of flexibility is required
