The candidate must be a team player who can work with cross functional team to achieve business goals & being self-motivated to meet objectives in a rapid paced work environment. The ability to successfully motivate and enable others to perform at a high level is fundamental to the job role. This position requires working per TI shift calendar Job Description: * Supervises, trains, and leads quality control inspectors across Assembly to Post Test area * Ensures compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and internal company procedures. * Oversees daily QC operations, performing inspections, and managing defect tracking to prevent non-conforming products ship out from factory * Collects and reports data regarding to QA Inspection gate WIP, Inspection record & Automotive lot retention record * Collaborates with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure quality at every stage of production.
