Flexible Overnight Homecare Nursing opportunity Bayshore is currently seeking applicants interested in being considered for future Overnight Homecare Nurse team member positions. Location: Greater Hamilton & surrounding areas. Vehicle and license are a necessity to travel to client's home. Shifts: Overnight Weekdays and Weekends: 10:00pm to 6:00am, 11:00pm to 7:00am No On-Call or rotations required. We work with your availability. What You’ll Do As a Shift Registered Practical Nurse, you’ll play a hands-on role in the lives of the client and their family. Your presence provides respite for the families of medically compromised youth. Your responsibilities will include: Pediatric care Enteral nutrition via pump or syringe - g tube, NJ-tube Tracheostomy and ventilator care Palliative care Wound care Chronic disease management and health teaching Supporting clients with tracheostomy and/or ventilator needs (experience is an asset) Managing diabetes care (experience is an asset) Make a Meaningful Difference Every Day - Join Bayshore's Nursing Team!
