Job Description Are you a natural-born leader ready to take charge? Domino's Pizza in Champaign, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and efficient Shift Runner to join our team. As a Shift Runner, you'll be the driving force behind our store's success, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Lead and motivate team members during assigned shifts, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment Oversee daily operations, including food preparation, order fulfillment, and customer service Manage inventory, maintain quality control, and ensure compliance with food safety standards Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Train and mentor new team members on company policies and procedures Assist in scheduling and staff management to optimize store performance Collaborate with store management to implement new initiatives and achieve business goals Maintain a clean and organized work environment Perform opening and closing duties as required Contribute to the store's overall success by meeting sales targets and improving efficiency Qualifications Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if 18 or 1 year if {AGE} or older Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance Strong leadership skills and a desire to guide and develop team members Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proven problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment Basic math and cash handling proficiency Knowledge of food safety practices and willingness to learn company-specific procedures Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Previous experience in food service or retail (preferred) Familiarity with the Champaign-Urbana area (preferred) Additional Information $15-$17 an hour BENEFITS Starting pay: (based on experience) Earn 35k-45k/yr Flexible scheduling Competitive wages 1 week of PTO Paid mileage Employee discount on all food items Advancement opportunities Paid training program Opportunity to become a Domino’s Franchisee!
