Job Description We're looking for an energetic and organized Shift Supervisor to lead our team at our Decatur location (1135 W. Wood). As a Shift Supervisor, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring smooth, efficient shifts while maintaining exceptional customer service and fostering a positive team environment. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact on our store's success. Lead and supervise shift operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards Manage and motivate team members, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback to drive performance Handle cash management, including register operations, cash counts, and financial reconciliation Answer phones, take orders, and interact with customers to deliver outstanding service and resolve concerns Oversee food preparation, quality control, and cleanliness standards throughout the shift Delegate responsibilities effectively and ensure all employees understand their duties Maintain open communication with team members and management regarding operational issues and opportunities for improvement Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds, cleaning, and food handling as needed Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs to management Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies during all shift operations Train and mentor team members on procedures, customer service, and operational excellence Qualifications **Required Qualifications:** Friendly, professional demeanor with a positive attitude and genuine smile Proven responsibility, diligence, and reliability with strong attendance Strong math and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle customer interactions professionally Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience, or proven ability to lead and influence others Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and perform standing/walking duties Time management and organizational skills Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities **Preferred Qualifications:** Previous supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced food service environment Knowledge of food safety and health code standards Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software Experience with inventory management and ordering systems Certification in food safety or ServSafe (or willingness to obtain) Bilingual capabilities Job Category Org: Store Assistant Manager
