Description Recyclops, Inc. is in need of a 2nd Shift Supervisor (4:00pm - 12:30am) to work under the Warehouse Manager at our Chicago warehouse. Responsibilities Supervision of staff: Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies. Train staff as needed, including orientating new staff on warehouse policies and processes. Safety and compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols, maintain a safe working environment, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. Oversee overall sorting process, ensuring that associates are sorting accurately and efficiently. Complete truck intake form for each inbound truck. Complete electronic sorting form for each pallet. Check associates as they leave the facility. Manage meal breaks and rest breaks to ensure breaks are taken timely. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental and safety regulations. Perform other job duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience required. Experience in a warehouse environment required. Two years of experience in warehouse management preferred. Proficient with technology, including inventory software, Google Workspace, and logistics software. Ability to speak and write in English. Forklift operator certification preferred.
