Responsibilities

The Shift Supervisor will oversee on-site production execution, tracking progress and workflow to meet planned objectives while implementing quality, cost, and 6S management to achieve targets. Responsibilities also include managing team performance through evaluation and coaching, handling logistics like scheduling and attendance, and ensuring strict adherence to safety procedures.
