We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Shift Manager to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced environment. REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong skills in supervising staff, with the ability to lead by example and foster a positive team environment.
  • Knowledge of food service operations, including cooking techniques, food handling practices, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with food handling regulations and safety standards within the restaurant or hotel environment.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during shifts to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with upper management to implement operational improvements and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring all health regulations are met.
