The Hot Chocolatier, Inc. is currently seeking a full time Barista/Front of House team member for our St. Elmo location that can be depended on as a Shift Supervisor. Do you like chocolate and coffee? Are you a dependable person? Do you enjoy working with people and have a positive attitude? We are looking for the right individuals to help us sell our drinks, pastries, and chocolates. We want each of our employees to be leaders and hard workers who would be proud to work in one of Chattanooga’s most unique small businesses.
Requirements:
-Must be able to work in a team environment.
-Must have good communication skills.
-Must have good customer service skills.
-Must be able to work weekends and days surrounding major holidays.
-Must be able to multitask and be a quick learner.
-Must be able to work with precision and a sense of urgency.
-Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 9 hours, use your hands to perform detailed work, communicate clearly to coworkers and chefs.
