JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food safety, and maintaining high standards of food preparation and service.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service or hospitality industry.
  • Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems, particularly Micros POS.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or barista roles is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.

    Pay: $15.00-$22.36 per hour
