We’re hiring a Team Leader / Shift Supervisor to join our teams in Markham & Scarborough.

Store Location:

  • Markham: 9850 Markham Rd, Unit 4, Markham ON L6E0H7
  • Scarborough: 5981 Steeles Ave E, Toronto ON M1V 5P7

Key Qualifications:

  • Food & Beverage experience considered an asset
  • Food Handler Certification is required
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Enjoys working independently and in a team setting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated, organized and excels under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including morning, late nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties:

  • Support store management by guiding and directing team members during shifts
  • Assist in training new staff and provide on-the-job feedback
  • Maintain inventory, restock supplies, and manage local purchasing when needed
  • Ensure store operations follow all company standards and procedures
  • Enforce daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules
  • Resolve escalated customer service issues professionally
  • Balance daily cash and complete accurate end-of-day reporting
  • Report equipment issues and team concerns to management
  • Ensure full coverage of management shifts and support coordination of scheduling
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Perform other duties as required.

Operating Hours & Availability:

  • The ideal full-time candidates should be available a minimum of 40 hours per week and including the ability to work opening shifts, closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Opening shifts can be starting as early as 9:00am. Closing shifts can be ending at 1am.
