JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced food service environment. Helping to kickstart a brand new restaurant in downton Victoria! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team, ensuring food safety standards are met, and maintaining a positive atmosphere for both staff and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using POS systems.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
  • Experience in interviewing, training, and developing staff members.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
  • Previous experience in barista roles or hotel environments is a plus.

    Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
