Store Supervisor

Responsibilities will include supervision, fill out forms, ordering, and food preparation, taking customer orders, assembling and grilling burritos, maintaining a clean and healthy environment and providing Professional, Friendly and enganging Service.

  • Leadership & Supervision:Oversee a team of staff, delegate tasks, and motivate employees to provide excellent customer service and follow procedures.
  • Customer Service:Address customer inquiries and concerns, resolve issues, and work to ensure an excellent overall customer experience.
  • Operations Management:Handle opening and closing procedures, manage cash registers, perform end-of-shift cash reconciliation, and process transactions.
  • Food Safety & Quality:Ensure all menu items are prepared according to company recipes and standards, and maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Inventory & Supplies:Assist with inventory counts, track product levels, and help with product purchasing and receiving.
  • Staff Training:Guide and train new or less experienced staff members on their duties and company standards.
  • Workplace Maintenance:Ensure the work area is clean, sanitized, and organized at all times, meeting all health and safety regulations.
  • Problem Solving:Address operational issues that arise during the shift and assist in resolving labour relation issues or customer complaints.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.20-$18.20 per hour
