SKILLS: SHIFT LEADER, HOURLY, FLEXIBLE, ORGANIZED

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team in Wabash, IL. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a leadership role, be hourly, flexible, and organized.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a shift leader or supervisor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Lead and supervise a team of employees during assigned shifts
• Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints
• Train and develop team members to improve their skills and performance
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Ensure that all safety and sanitation standards are met
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
