We’re looking for a passionate, experienced Restaurant & Bar who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage all daily operations while actively working the cook line, bar, and service areas. Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Operations

• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including kitchen, bar, and front of house
• Lead by example: jump in on the grill, expo line, register, or bar as needed
• Train, supervise, and motivate team members across all departments
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment at all times
• Ensure compliance with health, food safety, and alcohol laws

Customer Service & Team Culture

• Deliver a high-energy, welcoming guest experience
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and speed
• Build a fun, hardworking culture that encourages teamwork and accountability

Inventory & Cost Control

• Manage food, beverage, and supply inventory
• Monitor labor and food cost to hit profitability targets
• Assist with ordering, vendor communication, and weekly inventory counts

Bar Operations

• Oversee alcohol service and manage bar team
• Ensure TABC compliance and promote responsible service
• Assist with drink menu development and bar prep

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant or bar management experience (fast casual or quick service a plus)
• Must be comfortable working the line, bar, and register
• ServSafe and TABC certified or willing to obtain
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus
