Your role will include: Team up with fellow managers to train, lead, coach and inspire your crew while keeping the energy high on every shift Champion a “customer-first” mindset by delivering standout service to both new faces and regular guests Maintaining high quality food safety, cash handling, cleaning and stock control Be a proud ambassador of GYG by making sure all crew members live and breathe our values, policies and procedures Communicate clearly and confidently with the restaurant team to keep everyone aligned Be hands-on with managing labour and COGS to help drive a successful, profitable store Oversee deliveries like a pro, ensuring orders are accurate and match invoices We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically, we are looking for candidates who have: Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment A track record of providing outstanding customer service Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course Benefits of working with GYG So much!
