JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our restaurant & bar. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service while adhering to food safety standards.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential.
• Demonstrated skills in bartending, and food production are highly desirable.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is crucial.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to motivate team members effectively.
