JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift leader to work in fast paced operations in our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires effective team management, ensuring food safety standards are met, and maintaining a positive attitude work environment. The Shift Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall dining experience while driving operational efficiency.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in food service or restaurant management with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervising staff.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling.
  • Proficiency in using Micros POS or similar systems for cash handling and order processing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for customer service.
  • Background in hospitality or hotel experience is a plus.
  • Experience as a barista or knowledge of coffee preparation is desirable but not required.
