JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shift Supervisor to support our store operations and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to lead a team effectively. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional cafe experience for our customers while supervising day-to-day operations, including inventory management, staffing, and achieving targets.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in retail/cafe supervision or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with customers.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
