Description Full-Time | Part-Time | Reports to: Director of Nursing Join our team as a Shift Supervisor and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents. You’ll oversee daily care services, lead and support resident service staff, and ensure residents receive compassionate, dignified care that promotes independence. Shift: 6A-6:30P Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support care staff in delivering high-quality resident care. Ensure care plans are followed and updated as needed. Communicate with residents, families, healthcare providers, and team members. Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond appropriately. Enforce safety, infection control, and regulatory standards. Qualifications: CNA, CENA, MA, LPN, or equivalent experience. At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. CPR/First Aid certification required. Experience working with elderly populations preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and assist residents with personal care.
