Management, motivation and support of approximately 20 employees
Ensuring production meets deadlines, quantities and quality standards, including personnel deployment planning.
Meeting daily KPIs while adhering to product- and quality-specific parameters
Conducting employee interviews and performance reviews
Decision-making and implementation of individual personnel measures in cooperation with HR
Ensuring and maintaining quality and hygiene standards as well as internal guidelines
Logging and documentation of the technological processes during the shift
Constructive support in optimizing internal business processes

Successfully completed vocational training in the food industry or comparable apprenticeships or further education, master craftsman training, subject-specific studies
Initial professional experience with management experience in industrial manufacturing (at least 3 years), ideally in food production
Proficient use of MS Office applications, SAP experience desirable
a high degree of responsibility, assertiveness and reliability
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as a willingness to perform.
Willingness to work shifts (3- and 4-shift system)
