For our location in Königs Wusterhausen near Berlin, we are looking for a Shift Supervisor (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• You will be responsible for the development of shift schedules and thus ensure optimal personnel deployment
• You determine our equipment requirements and guarantee the operational readiness of the equipment
• You ensure compliance with all processes in the warehouse in accordance with our
• (Quality)specifications and you monitor the key performance indicators (KPIs), productivity and processes for your area.
• You will be responsible for the development and implementation of process changes and/or new processes
• You will identify potential for improvement and develop proposals for solutions
