Shift Supervisor (m/f/d) Food Production - Dresden
Do you have experience in shift management or would you like to take the next step in food production?
For a modern company in Dresden, we are looking for a shift supervisor (m/f/d) with leadership skills, organizational talent and a passion for food production.
Here's what you can expect:
- Employment contract: Permanent, long-term employment, up to 30 days of statutory vacation, statutory protection against dismissal
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (day shift)
- Financial details: Hourly wage starting at €15.89 + mileage-based travel allowance
- Bonuses and benefits: €300 starting bonus after three months + €50 monthly tax-free productivity bonus + holiday pay + Christmas bonus + contributions to company pension scheme + free work clothes + weekly advance payments
Your future areas of responsibility will include:
- Control and management of production processes in food manufacturing
- Ensuring compliance with quality, quantity and production targets
- Billing and documentation of production orders
- Monitoring and compliance with health, safety, food and hygiene standards
- Professional leadership and coordination of employees in shift work
Your qualifications:
- Completed training in the food processing sector
- Knowledge of food-related standards such as IFS and HACCP
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Structured, results-oriented and team-oriented work style
