Your tasks:

• Ensuring production quality, quantity and deadlines
• Compliance with all relevant internal and external guidelines
• Leading the team, communicating information, and coordinating tasks
• Control and monitoring of the technical equipment and the process documentation
• Optimization of work and process flows in the operational area

Your profile:

• Training in the food industry or in the technical field (e.g. food technology specialist, butcher, industrial mechanic, machine and plant operator)
• Experience in the food industry, ideally in the meat sector
• Technical understanding and solution-oriented working style
• High quality and hygiene awareness
