Our plant Vital Convenience vc GmbH in Erkelenz is looking for a shift supervisor (m/f/d) .

Your tasks

  • Professional leadership, motivation and development of your production team
  • Organization and control of daily production processes
  • Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene and occupational safety standards
  • Staff deployment and vacation planning in coordination with production management
  • Monitoring of production key performance indicators (e.g., OEE, scrap) and initiation of appropriate improvement measures.
  • Participation in production planning, inventory control and continuous process optimization
  • Conducting team meetings and promoting a culture of continuous improvement
  • Close collaboration with the engineering, quality assurance and production planning departments

What we expect

  • Completed vocational training in the food sector or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in a manufacturing company, preferably in the food industry
  • Initial experience in employee management or the motivation to take on responsibility
  • Technical understanding as well as a structured and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Proficient use of MS Office and ideally ERP systems.
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and team spirit
