Do you want to take on responsibility, lead employees (m/f/d) and work in a modern food production facility?

Then come join the EDEKA Fresh Produce Factory in Hirschaid. As a shift supervisor (m/f/d), you and your team will ensure a smooth production process and the highest quality standards.

Your tasks

• You independently monitor and coordinate your assigned area.
• You are also responsible for carrying out and monitoring the inventory transactions.
• Furthermore, you are responsible for ensuring the adoption and transfer of traceability criteria.
• You will support the staff deployment and vacation planning for your area of ​​responsibility.
• Furthermore, refilling the auxiliary materials used (films, labels, etc.) falls within your area of ​​responsibility.
• You are responsible for the proper packaging of our own manufactured goods and the correct labeling of the goods.
• Furthermore, you will monitor the continuous adherence to the cold chain throughout the entire department in accordance with the regulations of the HACCP and quality management manual.
• You act with motivation and responsibility to ensure the continuous improvement of all processes and their interfaces.

Your profile

• A completed vocational training, ideally in the food, production or technical field, e.g. as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), butcher (m/f/d) or food technologist (m/f/d) or similar.
• A completed vocational training, ideally in the food, production or technical field
• Prior experience in leading or coordinating employees (m/f/d) is an advantage.
• Technical understanding and organizational skills
• Sense of responsibility and enjoyment of teamwork
• Willingness to work shifts
