To strengthen our team at the Erding location, we are looking for a new member to start as soon as possible.

Shift Supervisor (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

Assignment/instruction/management of the bottling staff and shift planning in coordination with the supervisor
Creation of work instructions
Implementation of QS/QM documentation and support during audits
Support in organizing and carrying out maintenance and repair work
Compliance with hygiene regulations and implementation of quality controls in the bottling area and peripheral areas.
Monitoring and ensuring the timely flow of goods for consumables and packaging materials
Participation in production planning
Verification of production data and production quantity recording in the ERP system, including downtime recording.
Break replacement of subordinate employees and continuous improvement of the workflow (elimination of sources of disruption)

Your profile

Completed vocational training and further qualification as a master craftsman/technician in the food sector or comparable qualification
Experience in food production, preferably on bottling lines
Experience in personnel management as well as a strong work ethic, teamwork skills, communication skills and assertiveness
Excellent technical understanding as well as an analytical, structured and goal-oriented way of working.
Excellent MS Office skills and experience with modern plant control systems
High hygiene and quality awareness, goal-oriented work planning
