REQUIREMENTS:
2 or more years of Supervisor/Manager experience in branded quick service restaurants or restaurant with fast paced service.
A “can do” attitude.
Knowledge of any POS System is an asset.
Proven financial management skills, capable of motivating, leading and developing employees.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized individual and good time management skills.
Solid understanding of Health & Safety and Food Safety.

Reports to the General Manager
Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy and respect for customers and employees.
Ensure the highest level of customer care is adhered to at all times, through staff training and continued follow up.
Assist the GM in all areas of the store to ensure operations run smoothly.
Promote Health and Food Safety
Complete daily, weekly and monthly food preparation and food ordering.
Co-Responsible for interviewing, hiring, scheduling and evaluating all employees.
Co-Responsible for handling employee related issues.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
