Your Impact In this role, you are the driving force behind Modular Assembly production success. By leading the assembly team, removing obstacles, and setting clear expectations, you ensure high-quality output, on-time delivery, and a safe work environment. Your ability to develop people and optimize processes will be key to sustaining performance and supporting Accelevation’s rapid growth. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers * Ensure that production schedules are met and that products meet quality standards * Train and develop production staff to improve their skills and knowledge * Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies * Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes and efficiency Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent * Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings * Knowledge of manufacturing machine equipment * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Our Core Values * Safety: Proactively fosters a culture of safety in our work environment * Inclusion: Appreciates and respects individuals from diverse backgrounds, identities, values, and cultures * Speed: Operates with a sense of urgency, recognizing the competitive advantage of being swift and responsive * Innovation: Consistently seeks opportunities to simplify processes and continuously improve * Judgment: Ability to exercise discretion and lead initiatives autonomously * Accountability: Ability to hold self and others to the highest of standards   Physical Demands and Work Environment  Employees must be able to talk, hear, and frequently sit, with occasional standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs is required. Vision requirements include close and color vision and focus adjustment. Work may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, chemicals, electrical hazards, and explosives.
