MYM Recruitment are delighted to be working with our existing client who are based in Bellaghy and are a leading producer of high quality substrates for both professional and amateur clients. Due to ongoing demand they wish to recruit an Evening Supervisor for an immediate start. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to improve the Health, Safety and over all compliance of the Company.

• Have a good understanding of manufacturing with a track record of driving business and quality improvement.
• Log and report issues and maintain up to date records using available software.
• Ensuring the evening shift in compliant in regards to all aspects of Health & Safety.
• Conducting assessment of reported issue and agreeing subsequent corrective action.
• Organise the materials and labour to deal with such reported issues in a cost-effective manner.
• Assess the quality incoming and outgoing stock and products.
• Drive continuous improvement in the business.
• Have an approach that demonstrates taking ownership of business issues and devising and implementing solutions to facilitate changes as the business develops.
• Personable and presentable with ability to present and communicate easily and works proactively within a team.
