Description What You Will Be Doing: Lead and support production teams in Printing, Die-Cutting, and Finishing to meet quality and safety goals. Ensure compliance with SQF and ISO standards, including safety and food packaging requirements. Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and train employees for safe and efficient operations. Foster a positive work environment through team building, clear communication, and hands-on supervision. Oversee housekeeping, production records, and maintain a clean, organized workplace. Troubleshoot equipment issues, manage inventory and supplies, and coordinate with management and QA teams. Daily communication with the Plant Operations Manager. **Applicants must be willing and able to work additional hours, including overtime and weekends, as required by our round-the-clock production demands. All overtime is paid according to legal requirements.** Requirements What Experience You Need: High school diploma or equivalent required. At least 8 years of manufacturing experience—preferably in folding carton, print, or packaging. Prior supervisory experience. Knowledge of folding carton manufacturing and regulatory standards (SQF, ISO 9001-2015) highly preferred; related industry experience will be considered. Strong team leadership, training, and conflict resolution abilities. Good written and verbal communication skills. Computer skills for production and inventory systems.
