DESCRIPTION

You will work under the guidance of the store manager and Bubba Pizza head office in completing day to day tasks in the store. These may include;
- Supervising & leading a small team of staff when management isn’t present and effectively delegate tasks in a fast paced environment
- Providing high quality of customer service in store and over the phone, and coming to resolution to customer complaints
- Pizza making, cutting, dough prep & other food preparation
- Store opens & closes
- Cash handling
- Store cleaning

REQUIREMENTS

• A passion for high quality customer service & producing high quality food
• Strong communication & leadership skills
• Able to effectively deligate tasks
• Ability to follow instructions of management and work autonomously without supervision in a fast paced environment
• Due to the nature of the business weekend and evening availability is essential. This is a casual position so hours will vary week to week.
• Previous hospitality or supervision would be seen as advantageous although not needed as full training will be provided.
