✨Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth!  Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Shift Supervisor at  Falcon Ridge Ranch in Virgin, Utah✨   Lava Heights Academy and Falcon Ridge Range are both residential treatment programs providing a safe, supportive and nurturing environment for vulnerable young women who are referred from juvenile courts and social service agencies both locally and across the country. The youth enter the program with a history of abuse, neglect, trauma, substance abuse, mental illness and violence. Shift Supervisors ensure ROP programs are being implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State and Local licensing requirements and supervise Unit Managers and other staff as appropriate.   To be considered you should: Be empathetic, patient, consistent, and compassionate, have an honest work ethic, and treat others with respect ~ Internal applicants must be a Group Supervisor or higher Direct Care Position with no less than standard performance and at least two year of experience at Rite of Passage ~ Staff in this position must have completed Operations and Treatment Essential Subjects prior to placement in this position ~ Additionally, staff in this position must complete Human Resources Essential Subjects within six months of placement in the position. ~External candidates must have 3-years prior experience working with at-risk youth in a similar position as a Group Supervisor or higher Direct Care position ~ Supervisory experience required ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.   Schedule: 7:00 am to 8:00 pm or 8:00 am to 9:00 pm with 1 hour break (12 hour Shift).   Long Week: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday  Short Week: Wednesday, Thursday      Apply today and Make a Difference in the Lives of Youth!   After 40 years of improving the lives of youth, we are looking for passionate advocates to continue the legacy of helping young people become successful adults.
