We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Shift Supervisor to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our store.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing daily store operations, managing your team, and ensuring that customer satisfaction remains a top priority. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to meet sales targets, implement promotions, place stock orders and ensure the store maintains its high standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous retail experience (preferably in a supervisory role).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve team goals.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • A passion for customer service and retail operations.

Responsibilities
