We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Shift Supervisor to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our store.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing daily store operations, managing your team, and ensuring that customer satisfaction remains a top priority. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to meet sales targets, implement promotions, place stock orders and ensure the store maintains its high standards.

• Previous retail experience (preferably in a supervisory role).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

• Manage and lead a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist in the training and development of new employees.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked, organised, and visually appealing.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
• Open and close the store, ensuring the building is secure and operational procedures are followed.
• Manage stock levels and assist with stocktaking.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, including planning and executing promotional activities.
• Provide leadership and motivation to the team to ensure a positive work environment.
