PART-TIME SUPERVISOR – SCOOPS AND CANDY (LISMORE)

Scoops and Candy is a family-owned business that has been proudly serving the Lismore community since 2020. We specialise in ice cream, confectionery, and drinks, and are dedicated to providing a welcoming environment and excellent customer service. As a small local business, we value reliability, teamwork, and a strong connection with our customers.
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to join our team for an immediate start. This role offers between 17–25 hours per week, and applicants must have full availability across our trading hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
• Assist with the preparation of beverages and serving ice cream
• Supervise and support daily store operations, including opening and closing duties when required
• Restock shelves, maintain product displays, and ensure store presentation is of a high standard
• Carry out general cleaning tasks to uphold store hygiene and safety standards
• Work independently when required while maintaining accountability and professionalism

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service (supervisory experience is desirable)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Must have reliable transport
• Flexible availability to meet roster requirements
