Description Stanford’s Restaurant and Bar (www.stanfords.com) is on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Shift Supervisor to join our team at our location in Seattle, WA in the Northgate neighborhood. Assists management with training new employee Monitors the dining area to ensure cleanliness, proper setup, and adherence to health and safety standards Oversees the opening and closing procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Handles customer complaints, conflicts, and emergencies, making quick decisions to resolve issues. Ensures all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times. Maintains an extensive floor presence to support the FOH and BOH staff. Fills in where needed to ensure guest service standards are met and operations run efficiently. Performs any and all other duties as assigned. Experience: 1-2 years related experience, including prior supervisory experience Food Handler’s permit MAST Ability to work nights, weekends and Holidays
