JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations in our Building Maintenance Industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Building Maintenance and management, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. As a Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the routine cleaning , managing staff, and maintaining high standards of quality.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in Building Maintenance management or a similar supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of chemicals and safety regulations and best practices in chemical handling.
  • Previous experience in Building Maintenance settings is a plus; cleaning experience is also beneficial.
