We are in an excellent location in Thames Ditton, situated along the Thames with a delightful setting.
As Shift Supervisor at the Albany , you’ll be on the front line with the team making sure everything runs like clockwork! You’ll make sure the team are ready for the shift and our guests are happy.
We are looking for energetic, positive-minded people to work in a fun, fast-paced environment as part of a team. Working on the bar and/or in the restaurant, an existing food, drink and service knowledge will be very beneficial, but we are happy to train the right person, with the right personality from scratch.
If you have a can-do attitude and love working with people, then this is the ideal opportunity for you.
You must be happy joining a high volume business and be ready to wow us quickly with your guest focus and enthusiasm for learning.
We are a seasonal pub with busier periods through the year and welcome applicants who are flexible around key dates and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent. Flexible around school, commitments, and childcare.
Salary is minimum wage plus tips, but can be upwards £20,000 per annum pro rata based on;
National living wage (age dependant) 10 x 40 hours = £400.00 per week
Approx. cash tips per week= £20 (based on recent averages)
Approx. card tips per week = £100 (based on recent averages)
=£120 x 46 weeks
= £26.3k per year
