• Lead & Inspire: Train, coach, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service and uphold our high standards for quality.
• Run the Shift: Take charge of opening and closing the restaurant, managing cash reconciliations, and ensuring the shift runs smoothly.
• Manage Operations: Assist with placing orders, performing inventory counts, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Address all guest concerns professionally, ensuring every customer leaves happy and eager to return.
• Collaborate with Management: Execute direction and implement feedback from the senior management team to drive restaurant success.
