Small coffee shops based in the Southern Suburbs, we currently have a vacancy to for a Supervisor.
The right applicant will:
Have experience in managing restaurants or coffee shops.
Have strong administrative skills including stock controls and costings.
Be self-motivated and driven to increase sales.
Have exceptional leadership skills.
Have a good understanding of South African employment laws.
Have food production/cooking skills
Have barista skills
A qualification in hospitality management would be preferable (applicants trained on the job may be considered).
